Meet at the large parking lot for the Mississippi River boat launch just upriver from the railroad trestle underpass or just downriver from the Pool and Yacht Club.  We will find a small open prairie, a nice lake, marshes, thick woods, the river, and open woodlands to explore. We will walk on paved trails, packed trails, and citizens’ trails. Wear long pants and bring water.  There is a porta-potty nearby, a beautiful newer picnic shelter with flush toilets, and a drinking fountain.  Here are the GPS coordinates
