Bird Watching Trek
September 11 @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am CDT
Join us for a bird walk on one of the many refuge units and learn about the birds that visit the MN Valley National Wildlife Refuge during their fall migration. With a variety of habitats at the different units, you will want to explore them all. Birders of all skill levels are welcome on these walks. What to Bring: if you have them, bring along binoculars and a favorite field guide. This program is held entirely outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather. A cancellation notice will be sent via email to registered participants in the event of lightning or severe storms. For questions about these walks, please contact volunteer naturalist Craig at 952-240-7647. Pre-registration required.
For more information and a link to the Signup page for this field trip, visit the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuges website.
